ELECTRICAL ASSESSMENTS NYC

When a visual inspection is not enough, measure the system.

Some electrical questions cannot be answered by opening a panel and looking around. Danube Electric combines field inspection with measurement so owners, property teams, architects and contractors can make decisions from evidence instead of assumptions.

WHAT WE HANDLE

Electrical scope with the field conditions in mind.

01

Power-quality analysis

Measure voltage, current, load balance and power conditions that may not be visible during a basic inspection.

02

Insulation-resistance testing

Evaluate insulation condition on selected wiring or circuits where deterioration is a concern.

03

Infrared thermography

Look for abnormal heating at breakers, conductors and connections under operating conditions.

04

Written findings

Organize measurements, observations, images and prioritized recommendations into a useful project record.

COMMON PROJECTS

Where this work usually starts.

  • A building has recurring unexplained electrical issues
  • An owner wants a system baseline before renovation
  • A property team needs documentation across multiple apartments or panels
  • Insurance, due diligence or project planning requires a clearer picture
  • A contractor or architect needs existing conditions verified before design decisions

HOW WE APPROACH IT

Clear sequence. Fewer surprises.

  1. 01

Define the questions the assessment needs to answer

  2. 02

Inspect and test the relevant equipment or circuits

  3. 03

    Compare observations with measured conditions

  4. 04

Deliver findings and practical next-step recommendations

QUESTIONS

Before you send the project over.

Is an electrical assessment the same as a basic inspection?

No. A basic inspection is primarily visual. An assessment can add measurements, thermal imaging, insulation testing and a more structured written record.

Can you assess multiple apartments in the same building?

Yes. The testing plan can be organized across multiple units, panels or common electrical areas so the results are easier to compare.

Will the report tell us what to fix first?

That is the goal. Findings can be prioritized so the owner or project team can separate immediate concerns from longer-term recommendations.
